2. What areas do you service?
A-1 will travel within a 100 mile radius of Yuba City.

3. Do you charge per room for carpet cleaning?
No, since rooms can vary in size, from 100 feet to 1,000 feet, A-1 charges per square foot.

4. Will you move furniture?
Yes, A-1 can move most furniture in the cleaning area.

5. Are you insured?
Yes, A-1 Enterprises carries full liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and is bonded.

6. How long does it take my carpets to dry?
Our machines remove 97% of water so the carpets are damp to the touch, and depending on the weather, your carpets should dry in about 4-8 hours.

7. How long do I have to wait for an appointment?
We are usually able to accomodate your request within one to three days.

8. Do you work on Saturdays and Holidays?
Yes, we work on Saturdays and we are able to accomodate some holidays.

9. Will my insurance pay for water/fire damage?
Most water/fire damage claims are covered by home owner's insurance.
